Frequently asked questions

How do I invite my partner?

After signing up, choose Create our space. You'll get an 8-character invite code — share it with your partner. They sign up, choose I have an invite code and enter it. You can see the code again anytime in the Profile tab.

Who can see what I add?

Memories, important dates and shared journal entries are visible only to you and your partner. Private journal entries (and their photos) are visible only to you.

I'm not getting reminders.

Reminders are sent the day before and on the day of each important date at 9:00. Make sure notifications are allowed for OurNest in Settings → Notifications, and open the app from time to time so upcoming reminders stay scheduled.

How do I leave a couple space?

Go to Profile → Leave couple. If your partner is still in the space, your shared memories and dates stay with them. If you are the last member, the whole space and everything in it is permanently deleted.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Delete account and confirm. Your account, profile and journal entries are permanently deleted. If you are the last member of your couple space, the whole space, including all photos and videos, is deleted too. This cannot be undone. You can also email us to request deletion. I forgot my password.

Email us from the address you signed up with and we'll help you regain access.
