Terms of Use

Effective date: October 1, 2026

These terms govern your use of OurNest ("the app"), developed by Pop Studio ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the app.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account.
• A couple space has at most two members. Only invite someone you trust: they will see everything shared in the space.

2. Your content

You own the photos, videos, text and other content you add. You give us a limited license to store, process and display that content only to provide the app to you and your partner (for example, creating thumbnails or compressing videos). We do not use your content for advertising and do not share it with anyone outside your couple space, except as required by law.

3. What you must not do

• Upload or share content that is illegal, including any content that sexually exploits or endangers children. We report such content to the relevant authorities.
• Upload content of another person without their consent, or content that infringes someone else's rights (such as copyright or privacy).
• Use the app to harass, threaten, stalk or abuse anyone, including your partner.
• Use the app as general file storage or backup unrelated to your relationship, or try to circumvent upload limits.
• Attempt to access other users' data, interfere with the service, or reverse engineer it except where the law allows.

4. Limits

To keep the service reliable we apply limits, such as the size and length of uploaded files. We may introduce storage allowances and paid plans in the future; we'll announce them in the app before they apply to you.

5. Enforcement

We do not routinely review private content. If we receive a credible report or legal request about content that violates these terms, we may remove that content, suspend or delete the account involved, and cooperate with law enforcement. To report a violation, email us at the address below.

6. Ending your use

You can leave your couple space or delete your account at any time in the app (Profile → Delete account). What happens to your data is described in our Privacy Policy. We may end the service or your access for violations of these terms.

7. Disclaimer and liability

The app is provided "as is". We work hard to keep your content safe, but we cannot guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, so please keep your own copies of important photos and videos. To the extent permitted by law, Pop Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.

8. Apple

If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll post the new version on this page and update the effective date; significant changes will be communicated in the app. Continuing to use the app after changes take effect means you accept them.
